LeadGen AI is a lead-generation and CRM tool that helps you find, score, organize, and follow up with local business leads, including features such as lead discovery, CSV import, an AI message writer, and a sales pipeline.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [support@yourdomain.com] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) via Cashfree. Prices are shown in INR at checkout..
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of applicable law (e.g. India's IT Act, TRAI regulations, or equivalents in your jurisdiction).
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data obtained through the Service in bulk to third parties outside your own outreach use.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-Party Data Sources
Lead discovery uses OpenStreetMap contributor data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license), which is community-maintained and provided "as is" — we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You're responsible for verifying lead details before outreach and for complying with applicable data-protection and marketing laws when contacting leads.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the lead data, notes, and messages you create or import. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores and messages are suggestions, not guarantees of business outcomes — you're responsible for reviewing content before sending it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
